Return & Exchange Policy

At Melanated Fro Life, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Please review our Exchange and Return Policy below to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are considered final. However, we do accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

• The item has a manufacturing defect or damage.
• A size exchange is requested.

2. Return Window

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to report and return defective or damaged items for an exchange or store credit.

3. Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
• You must notify us at info@melanatedfrolife.com with details and photos of the defect or damage before sending the item back.

We will offer an exchange, store credit, or a refund if the item cannot be replaced.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

2. Include your email address in the return package.

3. Once we receive the item, we will send you a confirmation email.

5. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
• If a refund is requested due to dissatisfaction with the product or service, we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, send the original item back following the steps above. Once received, we will process your size exchange promptly. Please note that size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Refunds

Refunds are only available for defective items if a replacement or store credit cannot be offered. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
