We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 for all orders within the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including a USPS tracking number to monitor your shipment.

3. Delivery Times

• Standard USPS delivery times are 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
• Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or delays caused by USPS.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we ship only within the United States.
• We do not offer expedited or international shipping at this time.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Melanated Fro Life is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of USPS. However, if you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us at info@melanatedfrolife.com, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If your order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend your package.
